Pac-Man is known to be the world's most recognizable video game character that ever existed. Pac-Man became famous for his eating abilities, and chasing down ghosts.
Pac-Man uses moves similar to both the Pac-Man and Super Smash Bros. series. In All-Star Battlemania 2, he has a mixture between the original formula from the first All-Star Battlemania and Super Smash Bros.
Neutral Special: Power Pellets
Pac-Man will launch out three pellets in his hand. They will bounce on the ground.
Side Special: Waka Waka
Pac-Man will munch his foes down in his original fashion.
Up Special: Pac-Jump
From Mappy, Pac-Man will bounced up to the sky, using the trampoline.
Down Special: Fire Hydrant
Just about the same functionality as Smash Bros, Pac-Man will summon a Fire Hydrant, which will shoot water in two different directions.
Finalmania: Super Pac-Man
Pac-Man will eat the pellets from Super Pac-Man, and transform into a giant, original look of himself, and he will munch his foes down.

- As time comes, Pac-Man was the only character that has his moveset changed past through the demos.
- Pac-Man is rated at A- tier on the unofficial tier list due to his good normals, a Finalmania that is extremely difficult to avoid and strong projectiles to zone out his opponent.
